By creating an account or using any velQip service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately at support@velqip.com.
Merchants must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws. velQip reserves the right to suspend or terminate merchant accounts that violate our policies or misrepresent their offerings.
QiPoints have no cash value and cannot be transferred. velQip reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the QiPoints program with reasonable notice. Points may expire if an account is inactive for 12 months.
All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the velQip platform are the property of velQip Pty Ltd. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, velQip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
