What exactly am I buying?
A prepaid offer for a specific product, service, experience or discount from a participating local business. What the voucher covers is set out on the offer page before you buy.
Vouchers differ from one another: some are a fixed-value product, others a service, meal, treatment, activity or package.
Where and when can I use it?
With the participating business named on the offer, at the locations it lists, during the validity period it states.
Some offers also carry booking requirements, minimum spends, blackout dates or other conditions. Those are shown on the offer before purchase.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Open the voucher in your velQip account, show it to the team at the business, and they verify it. There is no code to post in and no paperwork to fill out.
Does buying a voucher earn QiPoints?
Eligible activity may earn QiPoints, but not every purchase does, and earning is set out by the relevant offer or promotion.
A voucher and QiPoints are different things: a voucher is value today, QiPoints are a balance you build for later. Neither one converts into the other.
What if the business can no longer honour my voucher?
Contact us. Where a purchased offer can no longer reasonably be provided, we work with the business towards an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative arrangement, a replacement offer, an extension or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Do vouchers expire?
Where an expiry date applies, it is shown on the offer, and you are responsible for using the voucher before it. Where mandatory minimum expiry requirements apply under law, those requirements prevail.
